Cancellation & Modification Policy – COKO India
At COKO India, every product is carefully handcrafted and prepared with great attention to detail. To ensure a smooth experience, we allow order cancellations and modifications under the following terms:
Cancellations After Shipment:
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In line with our Return & Exchange Policy, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or missing parts (with proof via unboxing video shared within 3 days of delivery).
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order until it has been processed (packed/shipped) from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
For prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets), the refund will be credited to the original source account within 7–10 working days from the time of cancellation.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is no refund applicable as no payment is collected unless delivery is completed.
Order Modifications:
You may update your shipping address or make modifications to your order before it has been processed (packed).
Please log into your account, go to Order History, and select Edit or Cancel Order to make changes.
