Return & Exchange Policy – COKO India
At COKO India, each product is handcrafted with care and goes through a thorough quality check before it reaches you. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want you to have the best possible experience.
As part of our process, we do not currently accept product returns. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or missing parts, we will be happy to arrange a replacement for you after completing our internal review.
Reporting an Issue
- In case of any damage, defect, or missing parts, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To process your request, we require:
- A clear unboxing video of the product (from package opening to showing the defect/damage).
- Your Order ID and details of the issue sent to support@cokoindia.com.
Replacement Terms
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged for the affected item(s).
- If the product is out of stock, we will offer you:
- A similar product of equal value, or
- A credit note that can be used on your next purchase at cokoindia.com.
- Products that are damaged due to mishandling or improper use will not be eligible for replacement.
Exclusions
Replacements cannot be offered in the following cases:
- The product is not in its original condition due to use after delivery.
- No unboxing video is provided as proof of damage/defect.
- Requests raised beyond 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish that are natural to handmade products and are part of their charm.
